In Walloon rural folklore, bonfires remain a practice that is deeply rooted in our traditions. They are the symbols of purification and the return of the light of spring.<\/p>\n
It is with unchanged fervour that the Walloons gather every year around the mound of branches and fir trees on fire.<\/p>\n
The party is in full swing until the final bouquet, the flight of the snowman in smoke, heralding the arrival of sunny days.<\/p>\n
