Au Vert de Terre

Au Vert de Terre is a market gardening project based in Hives, in the heart of the Belgian Ardennes, born out of a desire to grow healthy, local and seasonal vegetables while respecting the natural world.

Committed to sustainable and environmentally friendly farming, the project is based on agroecological practices: minimal tillage, composting, mulching, crop rotation and permaculture techniques.

At Au Vert de Terre, each plot has been carefully designed to make the most of the available space, combining functionality, aesthetic appeal and harmony with the surrounding environment.

We are also diversifying our business by launching a Kunekune pig farm and a honey production business.
