1. Why do we collect your data? What data? Who is responsible for this?

We collect your data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (2016/679) (“GDPR”).

The personal data you provide to us is necessary for the processing of emails we receive from you (Article 6.1.b of the above-mentioned Regulation). We do not communicate your personal data to anyone, they are processed internally by the Tourist Information Office of La Roche-en-Ardenne.

With your consent, your data may also be used by us to send you promotional or commercial offers by e-mail or post.

We keep your data for a period of 3 years after the last contact (email, call, etc.).

As the person whose data is collected, you have the right to access, rectify and delete your data, as well as the right to object to the collection of your data. These rights can be exercised by sending us an e-mail, mentioning your name, first name and address as well as the subject of your correspondence.
