Conference: ‘Fire risk: taking action for our forests’
In the Parc naturel des deux Ourthes nature reserve, forests play a vital role in biodiversity, the landscape and quality of life. But climate change is making them more vulnerable: more frequent droughts, higher temperatures and stronger winds are increasing the risk of fire.
The aim of this conference is to gain a better understanding of these threats, to discuss best practices in prevention, and to work together to consider the protective and sustainable management measures that need to be put in place.
An event open to all, providing information, sharing ideas and taking action to promote the resilience of our forests.

• 7:45 pm: Welcome reception.
• 8 pm: Introduction by the Parc naturel des deux Ourthes.
