At La Spada, we have chosen to pay tribute to the spirit of our town by proudly bearing the name of its emblem: the sword, the symbol of La Roche-en-Ardenne and its medieval castle, which has watched over the valley for centuries.

In our ovens, the creations of our pizza chef – crowned world champion for the best pizza – sizzle away. Every dough is kneaded by hand, and every topping is carefully chosen to bring out the best flavour. Here, pizza becomes an art form.
