This luxury chalet near La Roche-en-Ardenne is in a great location and enjoys magnificent views over the hilly landscape. It is very suitable for family holidays and has a large fenced garden, dog cushions, water troughs and many walking trails nearby. It is also ideal for groups with dogs.

There are several hiking and mountain biking trails around the house. Enjoy a forest walk to the Nisramont dam, where you can kayak on the Ourthe, or visit the feudal castle and cosy boutiques of La Roche-en-Ardenne. Samrée and the Baraque de Fraiture offer plenty of opportunities for winter sports enthusiasts.

You enter the house via the terrace on the second floor. Below are the bedrooms with access to the garden. The living room is spacious and features a cozy wood-burning stove. There’s also a dining area with a table for 6 people. Next to is the luxurious, fully-equipped open-plan kitchen. The bedrooms are spacious and the bathroom is finished with ornate tiles.

The house also has a large veranda with a wide view over the Hérou. The large garden is fully fenced and has a barbecue and fire pit with tripod. 1 bag of firewood is included in the price. Additional bags can be purchased on site for 10 euros per bag.
