Demelenne pastry shop

The Demelenne bakery-pastry shop is like no other. It has been in existence for over 4 generations and will celebrate its 100^th anniversary in 2027.

The Demelenne family created it in the hope of seeing it prosper while making people discover or rediscover authentic bread and pastry recipes. The owner of the place, Vincent Demelenne, has been immersed in the world of bread and cakes and artisan bakers and pastry chefs since he was a child. It was only natural that he should take up the family torch.

We have two boutiques, one in Hotton and one in La Roche-en-Ardenne. Our bakery-pastry shop in La Roche-en-Ardenne does not have an online ordering service. Orders can be collected from our premises in Hotton, Rue de la Vallée, number 5.

For almost 100 years, our artisan bakery in Hotton has been offering you a wide choice of breads, viennoiseries, baguettes, cakes and many other specialities. We specialize in Baisers de l’Ourthe, formerly known as Baisers d’Hotton. In addition to our exceptional pastries and breads, we also make delicious chocolate products in our chocolate area.

In addition to our online ordering service, we invite you to sample our sweet treats in our tasting room. In a warm and friendly atmosphere, you can enjoy a snack with friends or family.
