This tank pays tribute to the US 2nd and 3rd Armoured Divisions and their attached units, which took part in the defence and subsequent liberation of La Roche and the surrounding villages during the Battle of the Bulge.
British tank
Erected to mark the 55th anniversary of the Battle of the Bulge, it pays tribute to the 1st Northamptonshire Armoured Regiment, which took part in the liberation of La Roche and the surrounding villages in January 1945.
