Very nice view of the Ourthe valley (large windows), vast fishing route accessible directly from the gîte. Very nice park nearby (picnic, swimming, walking with your dog). Access to all shops, restaurants, tourist and cultural attractions as well as the many walks in the forest without taking your car (free parking 100 m from the gîte).
