Vacation home in Ronchampay

Located 5km from the center of La Roche-en-Ardenne, this charming farmhouse, restored in keeping with its Ardennes character, is perfect for a warm family get-together. The house is very spacious and comfortable. You can relax in the wellness room (sauna and massage chairs), have fun in the games room or take a stroll in the nearby forest. On a sunny day, while the kids play in the fully fenced garden, relax on the south-facing terrace. On a cold autumn or winter’s day, what could be more pleasant than the ambiance of a roaring log fire? The well-equipped kitchen-living room lends itself to every gastronomic creation. The ideal place to enjoy a well-deserved vacation. Special features: In view of the village’s quiet location, we don’t rent to youth groups. Two of the three bedrooms on the 1st floor are connected, but each has its own exit. The bedroom with private terrace has a double bed and a mezzanine with a double bed. Cot beds are suitable for babies under 2 years of age. Smoking is not permitted in the rooms. – This house is not suitable for groups of young people and cannot be rented to them.
