Bouillon butchery

Since 1955, our company has been making the hams, sausages, pâtés and other Ardennes charcuterie that are presented to you in its workshops. Currently, our ham production has the mention Jambon d’Ardenne (Protected Geographical Designation, under EC Regulation No. 1107/96). This protected designation is visible by the presence on the hams of the certifying seal issued by Promag and the annual producer’s license issued by this independent control body present in our establishment.
