At the age of 18, Thomas Hervé was the best apprentice of his generation, then after several years of competition and intense work, he took over the banquet hall “Les Senteurs de Lys” at the age of 21. Since 2012, he and his wife Alexandra have decided to hold banquets only outside his own hall, where he continues to exceed his limits in the most unsuitable places.

Caterer located in Vecmont, in the commune of La Roche-en-Ardenne, near Champlon – Tenneville, at the same distance between Marche-en-Famenne and Bastogne.

Our hot and cold buffets can be modified and we can cater for 15 covers or more. We can also prepare a complete menu, with or without service, on request and free of charge. For all other catering requests: zakouskis, hot dishes, themed menus,… we can make them from 6 covers.

We also have a 3 m x 6 m marquee that we can rent for your outdoor meals.
