The lake and dam of Nisramont

This remarkable site is the perfect place to enjoy the wild beauty of nature and take part in a host of activities. Nisramont is first and foremost a lake, where the Western and Eastern Ourthe meet. It is also a dam, a veritable water reserve designed to supply drinking water to all the surrounding valleys. At 116 m long and 16 m high, it is also a hydroelectric power station and a water treatment station. Above all, it’s an exceptional and fabulous site right in the heart of nature!
